Product Owner:
Refines and decomposes Epics into Stories with clear acceptance criteria. Orders the backlog based on customer value and effort considerations. Works closely with delivery team to drive
solutions that meet the business requirements and realize intended business value.
Act as liaison between business and technology
Validate customer needs and define and document requirements
Negotiate business priorities across multiple stakeholder concerns, including Technology priorities
Balance business needs within budget and schedule expectations and obtain the best ROI possible
Support prioritization of necessary technology priorities such as Enablers and Tech Debt remediation
Create and maintain product backlog
Write, review and approve requirement artifacts
Collaborate with SMEs and Development Team to define acceptance criteria
Assist development team in Sprint planning
Accept completed work throughout the Sprint
Ensure customer and stakeholder acceptance of the product
Collaborate with Product Manager to manage changing customer priorities
Responsibilities

Should have hands on experience for Scrum and SAFe

Excellent Analytical skills
Excellent understanding of project development lifecycle and thorough insight on the SDLC.
Experience in executive level communication and strategy alignment
Must have prior client facing experience, facilitation experience (or presentation skills).
Excellent Project documentation and record management skills
Core tools proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA and Confluence, Visio (Preferred).
Excellent Communication skills.
