As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in streamlining sales processes, managing partners, and supporting revenue growth—while working in a high-growth, remote-first fintech.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Track customer payments and manage timely collections.
  • Coordinate with resellers for billing, settlements, and offers.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
  • Support senior sales execs with deal closures and follow-ups.
  • Manage leads, CRM data, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
  • Oversee offer fulfillment (e.g., AWS billing benefits).
  • Streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.

Compensation
