Job description

We are looking for an experienced "CRM & Sales Data Analyst" to optimize our lead and account database, ensuring efficiency in sales pipeline management. This role is not a sales manager or representative position but a strategic, data-driven role focused on CRM management, sales reporting, AI-driven research, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot with strong analytical skills, and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize lead distribution, re-engage inactive accounts, and improve sales conversion rates.

Must Haves:

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot etc.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports.
  • AI & Market Research: Experience using AI-driven sales tools and conducting market analysis.
  • Lead Management Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead nurturing, and re-engagement.
  • Advanced Excel & Data Visualization: Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work with sales reps, understand challenges, and present data-driven solutions.
  • Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently and ensure data integrity.    
  • Experience in the LED lighting, electrical, or B2B sales industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered sales optimization tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM automation, lead scoring models, and workflow integrations.

Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Manage and maintain our CRM databases (Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot etc).
  • Assign new leads to sales reps daily based on predefined criteria.
  • Track and update the status of leads, accounts, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze daily sales reports and follow-up notes from sales reps.
  • Identify trends in lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales rep performance.
  • Research inactive accounts and suggest re-engagement strategies.
  • Prepare reports & insights on lead performance, pipeline health, and sales activity for management.

Lead Optimization & Research

  • Use AI-driven tools to optimize lead distribution and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify factors affecting lead conversion & account retention.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to improve sales processes and lead nurturing.

Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in lead management and suggest automation strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize workflow and ensure CRM best practices.

Stay updated on AI-driven sales tools and CRM automation trends.

Other Details:

  • Job Timings: Evening/Night shift following US EST 
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
