About The Role

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between operational excellence, our people, and our clients.


In our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setup, you are expected to deliver excellent service to our clients, ensuring their customer support function runs well while their business scales up.


Reporting to the Delivery Director, you'll be responsible for managing, retaining, and expanding the scope of service provided for 8-12 clients while leading a team.


What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English, both spoken and written
  • 4+ years in a client-facing or customer-service management role
  • 2+ years managing teams and subordinates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with experience in growth planning and service alignment
  • Skilled in change management and driving process adoption
  • Culturally competent with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and general computer usage
