Job Title: Administration Manager

Shift Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time)

Salary: Up to 100K depending on experience


Go Team is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee job management, compliance, and financial processes while ensuring operational efficiency. This role involves managing job control systems (simPRO), coordinating field staff compliance, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and driving digital record-keeping improvements while collaborating with finance and field teams.


In this position, you will be:


  • Maintain and update job management software (simPRO), ensuring accurate supplier catalogues, billing templates, and compliance records.
  • Oversee field staff license compliance, inductions, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Process and track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and cost management.
  • Ensure job control processes, including safety audits, job documentation, time tracking, and material usage.
  • Manage financial transactions, including supplier invoice processing (simPRO to Xero) and reconciliation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, track key actions, and consolidate reports for team briefings.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance policies.
  • Implement and enhance digital record-keeping systems to improve internal documentation and efficiency.


In this position, you will be:


  • Experience in administrative management, preferably in trade, construction, or service-based industries.
  • Proficiency in job management software (simPRO or similar) and financial processing systems like Xero.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills across operations, finance, and compliance.
  • Experience in invoice processing, reconciliation, and supplier management.
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs and maintain digital record-keeping systems.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the electrical or construction industry (desirable).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities to balance multiple priorities effectively.
