ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Knot Worldwide (TKWW) is looking for a Graphic Designer, Community, to align our corporate branding across internal and external People and corporate initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, maintain brand consistency, and enhance key communication channels. You'll ensure our brand is cohesive, engaging, and impactful, from internal newsletters and employee guides to external social content and corporate site updates.

The creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (you!) will help shape the visual identity of TKWW’s internal and external People and corporate initiatives and ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms. You will design compelling assets, manage branding updates, and support cross-functional teams with creative needs that will drive engagement and alignment across corporate communications, employee programs, and external branding efforts. You will work closely alongside People, Marketing, and External Communications teamsand other key business partners and report to the Manager, Talent Brand.

This will be a 9-month temporary position with a full-time 40-hour per week schedule. For the right person, there could be the opportunity for extension or conversion to a permanent, full-time employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align TKWW corporate branding across internal and external communications, ensuring all assets follow the TKWW brand toolkit and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Develop graphics, templates, and visual assets for key People Team initiatives, including Core Value Awards, Engage event, Donate, Pride, Impact, Open Enrollment, and Workplace programs.
  • Oversee the look and feel of our internal communication website, manage templates, and consult with page owners to ensure brand alignment.
  • Lead the visual refresh of the TKWW careers page, ensuring it aligns with the employer brand and attracts top talent.
  • Create a template library for recurring internal initiatives and manage Canva admin access to streamline branding efforts across teams.
  • Design internal newsletters, All Hands and Board presentations, speaker decks, social media content, and external PR assets to amplify company messaging.
  • Ensure all TKWW branding elements are approved and consistent across internal and external-facing assets.
  • Temporary oversight of employee storytelling and external social media posts on TKWW platforms.

SUCCESSFUL GRAPHIC DESIGNER, COMMUNITY CANDIDATES HAVE:

  • Strong Visual Design Skills – Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides to create high-quality graphics and assets.
  • Understanding of brand identity and experience, maintaining consistency across internal and external initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple creative projects, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with People, Marketing, and External Communications teams, ensuring alignment on branding and messaging.
  • Ability to identify design inconsistencies, improve creative workflows, and proactively maintain branding standards across multiple platforms.
