Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:
Our client, a US-based company specializing in security solutions, is seeking a remote Senior Graphic Designer with leadership potential to shape and elevate the visual identity of their brand. This role presents an exciting opportunity to progress into a Creative Director or managerial position, leading high-quality branding visuals and steering the creative vision for their B2B marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

      Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media platforms.

      Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and presentations.

      Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for B2B audiences.

      Create platform-specific content tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

      Lead the design process for major projects such as the website revamp and product marketing materials.

      Manage and mentor junior designers (if applicable) and provide creative direction for freelance resources.

      Analyze design performance metrics to refine creative strategies and ensure alignment with branding goals.



Requirements

      Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.

      7+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B marketing context.

      Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).

      Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and visual consistency in previous roles.

      Experience in designing for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.

      Knowledge of visual best practices for different platforms (e.g., LinkedIn vs. Instagram).

      Proven ability to mentor or lead teams, with a strong interest in growing into a managerial role.

      Understanding of how design impacts overall marketing and business objectives.

      Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
