Job description

Below are some of the responsibilities expected from Graphic & UI/UX designer:  

  • Create and design various materials for digital and social media.
  • Identify UX design needs for the company’s digital assets
  • Develop and conceptualize UI/UX design strategies for the brand
  • Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards
  • Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company’s digital assets using various .
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
  • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
  • QA design for errors
  • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
  • Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
  • Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages
  • Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behaviour
  • Adhere to the graphic design and typography style standards

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications that are expected

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Computer Science or any other creative field
  • Prior experience with UX/UI design & Graphic Design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.
  • Excellent knowledge of wireframing tools (Wireframe.cc, InVision, etc)
  • Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
  • Excellent knowledge of visual design and wireframing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
