Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, lead databases, and tools such as LinkedIn for prospecting and tracking. 
  • Strong communication skills, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. 
  • Ability to research and analyze target industries, companies, and decision-makers. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing schedules, databases, and appointment logistics. 
  • Analytical mindset to generate reports, identify trends, and optimize strategies. 
  • Preference: any experience in construction to provide context is beneficial.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify leads. 
  • Research target industries and decision-makers to gather information and identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize tools like CRM software and lead databases to build prospect lists and track engagement. 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, demonstrations, and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. 
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address questions, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and next steps in CRM systems. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share feedback, and improve strategies.
