As an Associate Account Director, you will manage client relationships and account strategy for mid- to large-sized healthIT and other technology accounts. You’ll be responsible for account health, retention and growth, including developing clear and thoughtful strategies that meet client objectives; overseeing account deliverables; building strong client relationships; proactively delivering creative ideas; and ensuring we’re delivering exceptional work on time and on budget, and results that are aligned with client goals. In collaboration with our public relations, strategy and performance marketing, creative, technology and experience design teams, you’ll develop multi-faceted programs that meet client business needs. Our Associate Account Directors have agency account management experience and a strong understanding of PR and marketing strategies, lead by example, are highly collaborative, and are self-starters.
