Responsibilities
Conduct strategic cold calls to a diverse portfolio of over 200 potential clients, including marketing agencies and businesses across various industries
Craft and deliver compelling pitches highlighting the Agency’s unique service offerings, emphasizing expertise in brand creation, video production, website development, and marketing strategies tailored for the Latino market
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, scheduling appointments and follow-up meetings to move deals forward effectively
Utilize Constant Contact CRM to manage client information, track sales progress, and ensure efficient follow-up processes
Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop customized proposals that address specific client needs and showcase the agency’s capabilities
Identify and pursue subcontracting opportunities with other marketing agencies, leveraging specialized skills to complement their service offerings
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and innovations, particularly those relevant to the Latino market, to position the agency as a thought leader in the industry
Work towards ambitious sales targets, contributing directly to the agency’s growth and expansion into new markets
Requirements
Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, with the ability to communicate complex marketing concepts effectively in both languages
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or related creative industries
Exceptional cold calling skills and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and best practices
Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Constant Contact, and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Familiarity with the Latino market and cultural nuances is highly desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
Scope
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
Responsible for managing and growing a list of over 200 potential clients
Focus on selling subcontracting services to other marketing agencies with large contracts
