Position: Publisher Sales


Work Location: India


Requirement:


1. Minimum of 4-6 years experience building online publishers development deals

2. Knowledge on AdEx, DFP, SSP, DSP, etc is very essential

3. Strong programmatic sales capabilities

4. Driven, self-motivated, with an inclination towards learning and grasping new concepts

5. Should be a great team player and motivator

6. Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical skills and problem-solving ability

7. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

8. Should have an eye for detail & passion for perfection

9. Well versed with MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

10. An existing book of business and/or existing relationships with digital publishers is a big plus.

11. Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities.

12. Ability to include multiple partners and members of the management team, using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors.

13. Strong negotiating skills

14. Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business


Responsibilities:


1. Close new business with premium publishers with special focus on OEMs, Browsers, Mobile applications, Search platforms, and others

2. Spearhead and manage supply globally.

3. Proven ability to close new business and forge new relationships with the 'right' decision-makers.

4. Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client expectations.

5. Actively participate in all phases of account maintenance and development and work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction.

6. Participate in industry events and conferences.
