  • Prepare critical management information systems (MIS) and ensure statutory and tax compliance.

Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited):
1.      Designing, Implementation and adherence of robust mechanism to ensure seamless synchronization and Transaction Processing of AR, AP, Treasury and Consolidation;
2.      Creation of Annual Audit Plan and its adherence.
3.      Finance Cost optimization by closely working with our Banking partners and maintain relationship with Banks, for LC, Bank Guarantees, OD limits, Forex, Treasury etc…
4.      Analysis of various Investment options and recommendation for the best suitable option.
5.      Custodian of Fixed Asset Register and Capital projects;
6.      Designing, Implementation and Adherence of critical MIS (including TB, P&L & Balance Sheet) structure and its timely circulation to the relevant stakeholders;
7.      Preparation of the Annual Budgeting process. Ensure, its correctness, critical analysis, comparison with relevant data points and its presentation to the Sr. Management.
8.      Ensure 100% adherence to the Statutory obligations / compliance.
9.      Ensure 100% Tax Compliances.
10.  Understanding organizational systems, improving them and designing new ones;
11.  Any other task / responsibility assigned by the supervisor / line manager / management from time to time.
