Basic Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team at a mobile-first fintech company. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our mobile applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will research, design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces. Your goal will be to ensure our mobile applications deliver seamless and delightful user experiences while meeting the unique needs of our customers in the financial domain.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a focus on mobile applications, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UX/UI design projects, including wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of mobile design patterns and best practices for iOS and Android platforms.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Passion for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience.
