Talent Acquisition Program Specialist

Your Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Program Specialist, will oversee day-to-day Talent Acquisition program management of highly scalable and centralized programs. This role will be focused on the management of existing programs to ensure they are standardized and optimized to allow for efficient and scalable delivery. This role will be responsible for improving framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple new and existing projects and programs in support of diverse recruiting strategies across Ardent Mills.  The Talent Acquisition Program Specialist will utilize data analysis techniques to assess opportunity areas to grow or improve supplemental recruiting programs as well as introducing and managing pilot strategies within a program.  In addition, this role will identify, design and lead effective campus relations activities focusing on developing deep campus relationships with high return on talent which includes recruiting for our internships.  This role will also serve a critical role in the day-to-day activities supporting the recruiters and will activate the talent strategy utilizing Workday and other supporting technologies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Campus Relations
    • Manage the annual campus relations strategy and recruitment activities in support of intern, talent pipelines, and other entry level programs.
    • Develop relationships within Colleges, University & Tech School partners, overseeing the internal ambassador program, coordinating and attending career fairs and other on-campus events, as well as general support to the campus recruiting teams.
    • Design and deliver Campus Relations program metrics, analytics and reporting for executive summary and enterprise-wide insights.
  • Identify trends, analyze results at end of program execution in order to identify areas for potential and optimization for the following program cycle to educate business leaders on status of campus relations and mobility goals.
  • Coordinate efforts with ESG for non-profit organizations and partnerships for recruiting events
  • Manage, recruit and manage the requisitions for internships to include Identifying potential candidates through job boards, career fairs, and campus events.

  • Candidate Engagement and Screening
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of prospective candidates for internships
    • Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Provide feedback and manage communications with candidates throughout the process.
    • Coordinate offer process and help manage candidates through the process

  • Workday / Recruiting Technology  
    • Serve as the Workday Recruiting Administrator responsible for first level troubleshooting, limited system configuration and enhancements. 
    • Collaborate with HRIS Team to deliver solutions, test for new functionality and system releases, resolve user issues and questions and provide necessary reporting and auditing of the system. 
    • Partner with Learning team to deliver applicable training for users and owns the upkeep of all System Process and Training Documents and One-Point-Lessons.  
  • Responsible for the administration of additional recruiting related software platforms and tools as needed
  • Work with HRBP’s and other COE’s to identify opportunities for process improvement within the talent acquisition processes
  • General Talent Acquisition Support
    • Act as the liaison between the business, the recruitment team and new hires, supporting the overall recruitment process by coordinating and managing various activities. This will include but is not limited to; new job profile/ role/requisition definition, review and entry, career marketing and advertisement activity, diversity and Inclusion recruitment programs, career event planning and attendance, material ordering, and other various escalations and activities.
    • Perform planning, analysis and reporting activities for assigned areas of responsibility to ensure they remain within scope, budget and timeline.
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition Leader in support and execution of strategies and tactics.

  • Vendor Relationships
    •  Responsible for the accurate billing of the various Talent Acquisition vendors, support contract negotiations and process updates as needed.  This may include day-to-day escalations or support for a variety of vendors, to include but not limited to: Contingent Labor Managed Service Provider, Background and Drug Screening services, Pre-Employment Physical and Assessments, Relocation Services, and Third-Party Recruiting partnerships.
  • Hiring the Ardent Mills Way
    •  Own the upkeep and changes relative to the training content for hiring, potentially support the classroom sessions by auditing or facilitating. 
    •  Coordinate additional material needed to execute the training successfully, delivering solutions to fit all manager’s needs.

Essential skills and experience:

  • College Degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of talent acquisition processes, recruiting activities, and operational project management
  • Workday or other Recruiting Technologies (ATS, CRM) with Proficient skills in learning and administering new technology, with the ability to dive into the details and problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, data and information to gain business insight, problem solve and provide solutions
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Good to Have:

  • 2 or more years of experience in an HR or Mobility focused role
  • Recruiting Team Experience, in the role of a Recruiter, Admin or Coordinator
  • Workday Recruiting Experience
  • Prior experience managing Campus Relations, Corporate Mobility Programs, and multiple Vendor Programs

Other considerations:

  • Up to 10% travel

Competitive Compensation:

We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $74,600.00 - $99,444.40, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 5% Annual.
