At n8n, we believe in efficiency, automation, and making an impact. As our CRM & GTM Systems Manager you'll be the driving force behind optimizing our revenue processes and ensuring our GTM teams operate at peak performance. Your mission is to streamline operations, automate workflows, and provide data-driven insights to accelerate revenue growth.
To achieve this, here’s what you’ll be working on:
Own the tech stack for Sales, CS, and Marketing (Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, Customer.io, Lemlist, etc.) – configure, integrate, and enhance it to support scale.
Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation using n8n and other solutions to boost productivity.
Improve Salesforce workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline forecasting to increase deal velocity.
Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Support sales leadership with sales territories, deal desk processes, and strategy refinements.
Optimize lead handling and campaign automation to increase conversion rates.
Support marketing with audience segmentation, AB testing, and compliance-related setup.
Drive email campaigns that nurture high-value accounts, ensuring engagement at key touchpoints.
Revenue Operations Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Business Ops role within a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.
Data-Driven Mindset: You have strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
Tech & Process Expertise: You have experience working with Salesforce (or HubSpot), CRM ecosystems, and workflow automation tools (bonus if you've used n8n!).
Process-Oriented & Proactive: You can identify inefficiencies, design scalable processes, and roll them out across teams with minimal guidance.
Collaborative & Impact-Driven: You thrive in cross-functional teams, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive efficiency.
Automation Enthusiast: You've used n8n or similar workflow automation tools and love streamlining processes.
Startup Mindset: You’re a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, taking ownership and making things happen.
B2B SaaS & PLG Knowledge: You understand the dynamics of Product-Led Growth and how RevOps can support self-serve and enterprise motions.
