Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Freelance Consultant to join our team in Germany. As a freelance consultant, you will work closely with our clients to design, implement, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, ensuring alignment with their business needs and goals. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Implementation:
  

  • Analyse client business processes and requirements.
    
  • Design and implement customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
    
  • Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) to meet specific business requirements.
    
  • Ensure smooth integration with other business systems and data migration.
    

• Customization & Development:
  

  • Customize workflows, business processes, and user interfaces within Dynamics 365.
    
  • Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and integrations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
    

• Training & Support:
  

  • Provide training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
    
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
    

• Project Management & Coordination:
  

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.
    
  • Ensure that all project goals are met according to scope, budget, and timeline.
    

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a consultant or developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or CRM systems.
  
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and development (C#, JavaScript, Power Platform).
  
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is a plus.
  
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and provide clear technical solutions.
  
• Fluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in English.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications
  
• Experience with data migration and system integration (e.g., Azure, REST APIs).
  
• Prior experience working in various industries such as manufacturing, finance, or retail.
