Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support our financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring efficient financial reporting, compliance, and integration with other business processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, configure SAP solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and optimize financial processes.
Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support end-users with SAP FICO functionality.
Manage financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing processes, and compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Provide training and support to key users and stakeholders.
Assist in data migration, upgrades, and SAP FICO enhancements.
Collaborate with developers for ABAP customizations and system improvements.
Monitor and resolve SAP system issues, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
Experience with SAP integration with MM, SD, or other modules is a plus.
Knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, and GAAP is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP certification in FICO is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
Exposure to FICO submodules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
Hands-on experience in data migration and SAP FICO upgrades.
