As Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern, your mission is to support the People team in talent acquisition, onboarding and employer branding initiatives, helping to attract and engage top talent to Metricool, while strengthening a team that thrives on culture and collaboration.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and have a positive impact in various areas:
Talent acquisition,
Collaboration with Team Leaders: Assist in understanding staffing needs and defining job profiles alongside team leaders.
Talent Sourcing: Employ diverse sources and strategies to identify potential talent that aligns with our organizational needs.
Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from initial resume reviews to closing the process.
Building Talent Connections: Contribute to maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates by engaging with talent.
Candidate Assessment: Assess and interview candidates, ensuring a match in both cultural and technical aspects.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with team leaders, facilitating a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Onboarding,
Support in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth and engaging integration into the company.
Assist in preparing onboarding materials and coordinating first-day logistics.
Organize welcome sessions and introductions to key team members.
Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Employer Branding,
Positive Employer Branding: Assist in developing and sustaining a positive employer brand for our organization.
Job Description Crafting: Create clear, compelling, and engaging job descriptions that accurately represent the opportunities within the company and our culture.

First Month: During your first few weeks, you'll focus on understanding your role, how you contribute to the team, and how our business operates. You'll get to know your teammates, learn about their expertise, and become familiar with our industry and processes.
First Quarter: Within your first three months, you'll gain more confidence in your work, start contributing more independently, and bring fresh ideas to the table, making a meaningful impact.

Job requirements. You’ll be successful on your mission if you have:
Experience:
Interest in talent acquisition, onboarding and employer branding.
Any previous experience, internship or academic project related to HR is a plus.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages: Native in Spanish and fluent in English (C1 level), both written and speaking. Having an advanced level in other languages is highly valued.
Hard Skills:
Basic understanding of recruitment processes or willingness to learn.
Some exposure to ATS systems or ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
