Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to join our client’s team in a remote capacity. This role is perfect for a driven professional who excels in communication and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be at the forefront of our client’s expansion efforts, connecting with dental offices across California to schedule waste recycling pickups and generate new leads. Your bilingual skills in English and Tagalog will be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, particularly within the Filipino dental community. Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to current dental office clients to schedule medical waste recycling pickups, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Conduct strategic cold calls to potential new dental practices, introducing our client’s services and setting up appointments for further discussions
- Utilize your research skills to identify and gather data on dental offices in target expansion cities, contributing to the company’s growth strategy
- Maintain and update client information meticulously in CRM systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Leverage your bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Tagalog, enhancing customer relationships and service quality
- Work towards and exceed daily targets for appointment settings and lead generation, driving the company’s growth
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations in medical waste management to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in appointment setting or lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
- Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and spreadsheet software
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective research and organize data efficiently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with the dental industry or medical waste management is a plus
