The Work:
Lead the analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, and implementation of data masking, data sub-setting, and synthetic data creation & provisioning solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Test Manager/Test Lead from the planning stages to analyze and define Test Data Strategy and Test Data Requirements.
Conduct pilot and implementation phases of Test Data Management systems for various clients.
Interview client development teams, DBAs, and leads to understand current practices and derive solutions for test data challenges related to DevOps and Test Automation efforts.
Provide complete solutions and design TDM frameworks, including data pattern derivation, database repository for capturing metadata, and rules engine for data elements and attributes.
Utilize extensive knowledge in reporting objects like Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Transformations, filters, prompts, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters, etc., in Tableau.
Design and deploy rich graphic visualizations with dynamic page designs and control using Tableau.
Create ETL mappings, mapplets, and workflows using Informatica Power Center to move data from multiple sources into target areas.
Perform data quality profiling, planning, expression rules, and creating scorecards.
Configure schema components, staging and landing tables, base objects, Lookups, and subject areas.
Implement Data Warehouse solutions with a strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data modeling using star schema/snowflake modeling for OLAP systems, ER Diagrams, Fact & Dimensions tables.
Develop stored procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, joins, and SQL Queries with PL/SQL, and work with tools like TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL*PLUS.
Use Control M, DAC, and Informatica Scheduler tools to organize and schedule jobs.
Work with UNIX shell scripting, Windows Batch Scripting, FTP connections, and multiple platforms like Windows NT, Windows Server, and various UNIX environments.
Coordinate offshore and onshore teams and work with databases installed on Oracle, SQL Server, and mainframe systems.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Be self-motivated, a quick learner, and adaptive to new and challenging technological environments.
Here’s What You Need:
13+ years of experience in information and technology with expertise in Test Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Quality, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization.
Experience with Informatica v10.x, PowerExchange, Informatica Cloud IICS, Message Queues, Rest and Soap APIs for masking EDI & HL7 files.
Proficiency in Test Data Management tools like Informatica ILM TDM, CA TDM, Delphix.
Experience with various data sources like MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MS Excel, and Flat files.
Hands-on experience with programming languages for Data Analytics/Insights like Python and R.
Proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
Knowledge of Delphix, IBM Optim, and Talend.
Completed training on AZ 204 Developing Solution for Microsoft Azure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
