Overview of the Role

Supporting sales team with tasks as directed including but not limited to:
- Sales presentations/ sell sheets
- Customer daily inquiry management
- Client & team communication
- Program coordinator
- Sales data reports
- Customer forms – new item forms, promotional forms, price increase forms
- Customer system maintenance
- Projects as necessary based on deadlines from customers

What You’ll Do at C.A. Carlin

Manage, support our West Convenience team
Create internal marketing materials to support internal team
Ensure sales materials are available and supplied, including samples, sell sheets, specifications, IRC’s, etc
Consistent and quality completion of assigned duties
Additional support as appropriate to assigned sales team/ customer deadlines

What You Should Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
0-3 years of professional consumer-packaged goods experience
Understanding of the food and beverage distribution network and retail landscape
Extremely organized and detail-oriented; enjoys working tasks to completion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers, & colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat
