Job description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM UAE)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years or more in a similar KYC or AML analyst role within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in conducting customer risk assessments, due diligence, and enhanced due diligence procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Law/Economics or related field preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with staff and clients from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities

Nice to Have:

  • KYC/AML certifications (CAMS, CISI, ICA) (highly desired)
  • Demonstrable ability to execute tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills

What will you do?

  • Review and validate customer onboarding documents to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct customer risk assessments and perform due diligence based on the assessment.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers.
  • Perform KYC reviews for internal clients and their ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of KYC processes and compliance measures.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, rules, and regulations and reflect any changes in policies and procedures.
  • Assist in promoting the firm at industry and promotional events.
