Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM UAE)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years or more in a similar KYC or AML analyst role within the financial services industry
Proven track record in conducting customer risk assessments, due diligence, and enhanced due diligence procedures.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Law/Economics or related field preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact with staff and clients from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities

Nice to Have:

KYC/AML certifications (CAMS, CISI, ICA) (highly desired)
Demonstrable ability to execute tasks effectively
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong business development and client management skills.
Organizational and time management skills

What will you do?

Review and validate customer onboarding documents to ensure compliance.
Conduct customer risk assessments and perform due diligence based on the assessment.
Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers.
Perform KYC reviews for internal clients and their ongoing monitoring.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of KYC processes and compliance measures.
Stay updated on relevant laws, rules, and regulations and reflect any changes in policies and procedures.
Assist in promoting the firm at industry and promotional events.
