Job description

Company Background:

We are representing our client, a licensed financial services company with their office location based in KL Eco City. They are currently on a look out for Project Coordinator to support their business in IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with the business goals and objectives
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling miscellaneous tasks
  • Monitor project progress and manage any potential issues that may arise. Utilize project management tools to track work hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures
  • Break tasks into doable actions, set timeframes, and establish a detailed project plan
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring proper record keeping
  • Provide user support, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily
  • Execute all necessary legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Product Owner is required. Prior experience in the financial services, FinTech sector, or related fields is strongly preferred
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 5,500
