Position: Commercial Sales Agent (Romanian)

Location: Bucharest, Brasov, Timisora, Romania

Work model: Remote

Employment type: Freelance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, create a positive first impression, and establish a foundation for lasting relationships through exceptional customer engagement.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Romanian (C1) and English, both oral and written
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about the industry or field.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail, internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Ability to work independently, drive personal performance, and take ownership of professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively through phone, email, video, and in-person interactions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals through strategic leadership and collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car (expenses covered by the company).
