What You’ll Do:
Partner Identification and Onboarding: Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our business objectives and target market. Establish strong relationships with potential partners, negotiate agreements, and facilitate the onboarding process. Generate revenue via subscription and transactional model.
Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner development plan that outlines goals, initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with partners to co-create value-added solutions, joint marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. Optimize the monetization of the partner network.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partner activities with overall company goals. Coordinate joint sales efforts, co-selling activities, and ensure seamless partner integration into our sales process.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance against established KPIs and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders. Analyze partner data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as their main point of contact within the organization. Proactively address any challenges, concerns, or opportunities to ensure long-term partner success.
Market Intelligence:Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our partner ecosystem. Identify potential areas for expansion or diversification of partnerships based on market dynamics.
What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions and measure partner performance.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Fintech market trends
An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-up
