Position Summary: 

The Partner Development Specialist at Truckstop plays a pivotal role in driving business success by cultivating strategic partner relationships, developing enablement programs, and executing integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines partner relationship management with marketing and enablement responsibilities to advance key business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of partner and customer segments within the logistics industry and excels in collaborative, cross-functional settings. 

The Partner Development Specialist will be responsible for activating and enabling partners, executing joint marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment between strategic partnerships and Truckstop’s overarching marketing strategies. As a data-driven, sales-focused marketer, this individual will contribute significantly by conceptualizing, implementing, and effectively communicating campaigns in partnership with the marketing team and other key stakeholders. 

Essential Job Functions: 

Partner Relationship Management & Enablement: 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the partner community. 
  • Identify and activate strategic partnerships that align with key business goals and targets. 
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and align strategies to mutual objectives. 
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs to educate and enhance partner capabilities, ensuring successful adoption of Truckstop programs.  
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner enablement and marketing efforts.  
  • Provide training, resources, and support to help partners understand and promote Truckstop’s products and features and continuously educate partners on new and existing Truckstop offerings to drive referrals and business growth. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and marketing collaborations. 
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of partnerships and marketing initiatives, offering insights to improve results. 
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of Truckstop’s partner ecosystem. 

Strategic Marketing Collaboration & Campaign Execution: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing marketing campaigns, including ideation, planning, and execution to amplify partner and customer engagement. 
  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing materials and integrated marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns that promote strategic partnerships and drive joint business goals. 
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic partnerships are highlighted and effectively integrated across communication channels including email, web, webinars, and events and conferences. 
  • Serve as the go-to-market (GTM) lead when new API products or features launch. 
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure GTM plans align with broader campaigns and communication needs. 
Position Requirements: 
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent professional experience, Master's Degree a plus.  
  • 5+ years in partner, channel, product, or general marketing role with a dynamic, fast-paced company; preference given to partner and alliances experience. 
  • Proven industry experience including a network of industry partnerships preferred and understanding of the transportation and Truckstop partner ecosystem. 
  • Experience setting up, managing and promoting partners via a partner relationship platform such as Partner Stack. 
  • Proven leadership of marketing initiatives through customer lifecycle. 
  • Proven ability to create sales tools and sales enablement programs that increase win rates and accelerate sales cycles. 
  • Experience creating annual forecasts, driving strategies to achieve while driving market share. 
  • Skilled at creating concise, visually appealing presentations for internal/external audiences. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams and understanding of CRM tools such Salesforce.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$56,000$70,000 USD
