What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a group of Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs) that are designing, building, and maintaining our automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes.
Be responsible for and lead the architecture of our test frameworks including tool and/or language selection.
Oversee our performance testing practice.
Assist in developing and implementing a strategy to move our test practice to an “automation first” approach.
Provide ideas and extend our test frameworks as needed and develop new testing tools.
Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting methods are effective, efficient, standardized, coordinated, and integrated.
What You’ll Need:
10+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience, preferably with web and mobile applications.
Previous hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, C#, and TypeScript.
Previous experience with performance testing using JMeter.
Able to multi-task, triage issues, react well to changes, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance; detail orientation is a must.
Must be able to work with teams across different time zones.
Experience with managing and mentoring Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs).
Experience with code deployments and version control systems.
Experience with creating automation on projects which integrate with third-party APIs.
Experience with Continuous Integration and familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo, GitLabs.
Experience managing in a remote environment is strongly preferred.
Experience with AI-driven test automation tools is a plus.
Education:
BS in Computer Science or related engineering field preferred. Strong relevant work experience in building automated software testing teams will be considered as well.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.
