Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, expertise, and support.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the organization.
    • Evaluate and enhance existing QA practices and implement new technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their quality-related concerns and providing proactive solutions.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulations, and standards in the healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of success in leading and managing QA teams, delivering high-quality services, and driving continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
    • Experience in implementing and utilizing QA tools, methodologies, and technologies.
