Job Highlights:
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm AEST; Friday – 8.30am to 3pm AEST; Total Hours Per Week: 38
Responsibilities:
Review and process delivery records received through the Source Separation Systems council-wide delivery operations
Ensure accurate review of records received from field operations ensuring that they match infield location using mapping software such as Google maps, government mapping databases and GPS coordinates
Maintain high levels of accuracy in data review and showing initiative when reviewing and making assessments of records
Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure timely review and delivery of records to meet council reporting timeframes
Process and route address records
Ensure accurate sequencing of addresses
Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and routing tasks
Adapt to increasing workloads as the company expands its operations
Requirements
Strategic thinking and ability to make timely decisions based on evidence reviewed
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks
Proficiency in using Excel and other data management tools
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle large datasets
Strong English language skills for clear communication with the team utilising online communication management tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Scope:
Data review and reporting supporting house-to-house deliveries in Australian suburbs
Route planning for house-to-house deliveries in Australian suburbs
Data entry and management of council-provided address records
Scaling operations to handle increasing volumes of addresses
Maintaining data integrity throughout the routing process
