POSITION
The Paralegal will report to our General Counsel and will work closely with our finance department.
LOCATION
The ideal candidate will provide virtual support from any location throughout the Philippines. It is further expected that the successful candidate will provide support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, to align with working hours along the West Coast of the United States. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
Minimum of 3 years of general full-time work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of full-time paralegal experience from the transactional department of an international US firm.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbally) within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors and other outside parties.
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Must possess a strong work ethic.
Must be a team player.
Yardi experience a plus.
