Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Seller Outreach & Engagement: Follow up with property owners and heirs via phone to establish trust and rapport after initial SMS contact.

  • Genealogy & Title Research: Investigate property ownership history, identify heirs, and confirm property ownership details.

  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Present fair and strategic offers that align with seller needs while ensuring profitable acquisitions.

  • Problem-Solving: Guide heirs through estate and title challenges, providing clear and empathetic solutions.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of conversations, ownership details, and transaction progress within the CRM system.




Requirements
  • Be based in LATAM

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English proficiency with the ability to build trust over the phone.

  • Negotiation Expertise: Experience handling objections and structuring win-win real estate deals.

  • Real Estate & Title Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate transactions, genealogy tracing, and title research.

  • Empathy & Curiosity: A natural ability to connect with people in difficult situations and find solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Self-Motivation & Organization: Ability to work independently while managing records and follow-ups effectively.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, title research, or a related field.

  • Experience working with distressed property owners or estate transactions is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling complex property situations.

  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage client interactions effectively
