Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a real estate investment firm specializing in land acquisition. The team is dedicated to identifying and securing off-market land opportunities through data-driven analysis and strong relationship-building strategies.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Land Acquisition Manager with strong sales and negotiation experience (non-negotiable). This role involves engaging US-based landowners, building trust, and guiding them through the sales process by demonstrating why selling to us is their best option. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential land sellers, building trust and credibility to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Lead conversations with sellers, understanding their motivations and positioning the company as the best buyer option.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining ethical business practices.
  • Utilize CRM tools (no specific system required, but familiarity with lead tracking and pipeline management is essential).
  • Quickly establish market value price estimates to determine target offer prices during negotiations. (preferred)
  • Analyze market data and property characteristics to assess fair market values and make informed acquisition decisions.
  • Manage a steady pipeline of incoming leads while maintaining consistent engagement with long-term prospects.
  • Work independently while contributing to the teams overall acquisition strategy.


Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and negotiation, preferably in off-market land or real estate acquisitions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with US-based leads (minimal accent is preferred for ease of communication).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with sellers.
  • Highly organized, transparent, and accountable in managing leads and closing deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (general knowledge is required, no specific platform necessary).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in real estate or land procurement.
  • Prior work with US-based real estate investment teams.
  • A track record of closing deals in competitive real estate markets.
  • Desire to grow within the company and take on greater leadership responsibilities.


Compensation:

  • Commission & Bonus: $250 commission per closed deal, with additional annual bonus earning potential based on company performance.
