We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven, and creative Sr Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition to build, manage, and optimize multi-million dollar performance campaigns across key media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as emerging platforms. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving cost-efficient customer growth at scale by growing and optimizing our customer acquisition program. You will be the owner of the metrics for the defined product funnels and platforms, ensuring their success.
In addition, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights derived from creative tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO) on product pages and landing pages, and media buying tests. You will approach these tasks with an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and enhancement.
With your vision, discipline, and comprehensive skillset, you will be capable of successfully delivering effective strategies and tactics. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and recognize that achieving our targets necessitates transparent and aligned teamwork with the creative, research, business intelligence (BI), and growth teams, particularly in terms of data execution. You fully grasp that the Acquisition team is at the core of our organization's success, and you provide leadership to team members across various disciplines, including creative, data science, BI, and research, driving us towards our goals.
