Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week / 8 hours a day)
Mon - Fri 11 AM- 8 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.




Job Description for Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture warm inbound leads generated through Facebook marketing campaigns
  • Conduct thorough property analysis and comparisons to determine accurate valuations
  • Utilize proprietary calculator to compute and present compelling offers to property sellers
  • Negotiate effectively with sellers to secure properties under contract at discounted rates
  • Explain offer rationales clearly, addressing seller concerns and objections
  • Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact to contract signing
  • Consistently meet and exceed deal closure targets
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and deal progress in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and lead manager to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Adapt quickly to market trends and adjust strategies to maximize acquisition opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of closing real estate wholesale deals, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • In-depth understanding of real estate markets, property valuation techniques, and investment strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and navigate complex deal structures
  • Strong analytical skills for accurate property comping and offer calculations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort with learning new technological tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Flexibility to work US hours and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to learn and implement established processes and scripts


Requirements
  • Proven track record of closing real estate wholesale deals, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Sales experience required
