About the Role:

The Confluent Partners Strategy & BizOps team is chartered with building and managing the systems, processes and tools that will keep our sales team achieving great results even as we scale through hyper-growth.

As the Partners Strategy & BizOps team’s Intern, you will work closely with our Partner Strategy & Ops and Partner Sales Leadership team on predictive analytics projects to identify leading indicators for sales performance.

What You Will Bring:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at a four year college
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, planning, and reasoning skills
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel preferred

At Confluent, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. This position has a fixed salary of $24/hr and includes a housing stipend.
