Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Operations Interns to join our team. These
interns will work closely with our Sellers Acquisition Executive to contact potential sellers,
facilitate onboarding, and support them in getting started on our platform. This internship
offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations while
contributing to our mission of empowering artisans and promoting traditional crafts.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sellers Acquisition Executive in identifying and contacting potential sellers
through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
1. Communicate with potential sellers to introduce Prodokraft's platform, explain the
benefits of selling on our platform, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
2. Guide potential sellers through the onboarding process, including registration, account
setup, and product listing.

3. Provide ongoing support to sellers to help them navigate the platform, optimize their
product listings, and maximise their sales potential.
4. Collect feedback from sellers regarding their experience with the platform and
communicate any issues or suggestions to the Sellers Acquisition Executive.
5. Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, onboarding progress, and other relevant
information in our CRM system.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Support, to
ensure a seamless onboarding experience for sellers.
Requirements:
1.Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Sales,
Marketing, or related field.
2.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate
complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
3.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential sellers.
Detail-oriented and organised, with strong multitasking abilities and the ability to
prioritise tasks effectively.
4.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Previous experience or coursework in sales, business development, or customer service is
preferred but not required.

Stipend: 2000 plus incentive.

Duration: 4 months.
