About The Role: Sales Operations Specialist 

Our Life Science team is seeking a strong candidate for its Sales Operations team. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with colleagues in Horsham, PA and across Reed Tech Commercial Operations colleagues worldwide. This Commercial Operations team works diligently to support global Sales and CSM teams on multiple fronts. 

 

This position will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to internal clients. This role partners closely with the Sales and CSM teams as well as other departments to support deal flow, curate Salesforce materials, process orders and invoicing, and deliver regular variable compensation payments. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Orders and Deal Flow: Monitor Salesforce content to identify and address quality issues, training needs, and Salesforce requirements. Assist with order management and invoice requests to ensure high quality, timely submission and delivery to client. 

  • Variable compensation: Execute monthly/quarterly calculations for review, implement annual changes as part of GTM exercises. 

  • Salesforce/CPQ oversight: Maintain users, train new starters, create reports and dashboards as needed by the businesses, act as point of contact for business unit issues, manage and resolve user support cases, train new joiners on proper Salesforce use. 

  • SFDC Data Hygiene: The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date Salesforce data across the commercial organization by managing data hygiene processes, supporting pipeline reviews, and enabling consistent reporting that supports strategic sales decisions. 

  • Process Optimization Projects: Represent commercial org as it relates to processes being documented/optimized across areas of responsibility; constantly explore and execute ways to streamline and simplify commercial processes, especially those that take commercial team member time away from working with clients and prospects. 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related fields 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • 6+ years experience in Sales Operations 

  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ required, experience with Power BI and/or Tableau preferred 

  • Strong time management skills, very decisive and results oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines 

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential
