À propos du poste

Vous exercerez votre emploi de Souscripteur(trice) en assurance des particuliers en télétravail et vous aurez à vous déplacer occasionnellement sur notre territoire d’affaire.

À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?

• S’occuper de l’analyse et de l’acceptation des demandes d’assurance ainsi que des polices d’assurance automobiles et habitation conformément aux politiques de souscription et de tarification en vigueur, pour le volet direct et courtage;
• Procéder à l’émission des documents requis et des renouvellements de polices d’assurance des particuliers;
• Offrir du soutien aux agents(es) et courtiers(ères);
• Développer et maintenir à jour ses compétences et connaissances en matière de souscription en assurance des particuliers.
  
  

Avez-vous ce profil-LÀ?

• Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinentes en assurance des particuliers;
• Connaissance approfondie des produits d’assurance des particuliers et du marché de l’assurance au Nouveau-Brunswick;
• Posséder un « Chartered Insurance Professional » CIP (un atout);
• Expérience en souscription (un aout)
• Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft office 365;
• Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et sens de l’écoute;
• Profondeur d’analyse, qualité de jugement et bonne capacité décisionnelle;
• Sens de la négociation et aptitude à gérer les priorités;
• Capacité à collaborer dans l’atteinte des objectifs;
• Vous maitrisez de façon avancée les langues françaises et anglaises, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, afin de communiquer régulièrement avec nos partenaires francophones et anglophones présents sur notre territoire d’affaire au moyen d’interactions complexes liées notamment aux assurances et répondre aux objectifs de croissance de Promutuel de l’Estuaire.

About The Position

You will work as a Personal underwriter remotely and will need to travel occasionally within our business territory.

What will your work week look like?

• Handling the underwriting and acceptance of insurance requests as well as automobile and home insurance policies in accordance with current underwriting and pricing policies for both direct and brokerage channels.
• Issuing the necessary documents and renewals for individual insurance policies.
• Providing support to agents and brokers.
• Developing and maintaining your skills and knowledge in personal insurance underwriting.
  
  

Do you have this profile?

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in personal insurance.
• In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and the insurance market in New Brunswick.
• Possess a "Chartered Insurance Professional" CIP (an asset).
• Experience in underwriting (an asset).
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening abilities.
• Depth of analysis, quality of judgment, and good decision-making ability.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to collaborate in achieving objectives.
• You are highly proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, to regularly communicate with our francophone and anglophone partners in our business area through complex interactions related to insurance and to meet the growth objectives of Promutuel de l’Estuaire
