Visión general
The Senior Talent Development Specialist will participate and work with stakeholders and LI Talent Management Leader to determine development needs and work quickly to identify, build and implement development solutions in the Americas region.
Participate in the maintenance and utilization of learning management system including on-line course development, deployment and registration, report generation and utilization of analytical tools for Americas and Global projects.
Develop and deliver communication plans and materials for learning and talent management, such as manuals, guides, etc.
Coordinate and execute talent initiatives that have been identified as priorities at regional level in partnership with training coordinators and HR Business Partners.
Continually evaluate solutions and embed feedback mechanisms for our solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights for the Americas region.

3+ years’ working experience preferred.
Master´s degree in Industrial-Organizational, Psychology, Organizational Development or related disciplines is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, or related discipline. Experience in facilitating training programs. Problem solving and strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills, English and Spanish
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
