Job description

Description

At Scede, we see recruitment as a skilled craft, and we focus on the enablement and empowerment of our teams to shape the best-in-class service for our customers.

Since our inception in 2013, we've partnered with over 100 tech companies and games studios globally. This includes scaling the teams of 27 Million Dollar Unicorns - including Klarna, Trustpilot, Mollie, Trade Republic, Supercell, Bitpanda & Automattic.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be partnered remotely with one customer at a time through either Scede Embedded or through Scede Source. Depending on the project you’re supporting at the time, you will be contributing to both strategic, tactical and practical initiatives to enable our clients to achieve hiring success. This specific role will be in Commercial/Go To Market space.

We are meticulous about data, we are creative with our candidate sourcing techniques and are always looking for ways to improve - teaching and learning from each other. We love collaborating with our customers to deliver exceptional service, ultimately hiring the right people on their behalf, allowing them to achieve their growth targets.

Training Period

When working at Scede you will be aligned to a team - either an embedded customer team or Scede Source. During your first few weeks at Scede, as you go through your onboarding, you will be working within our Client Scede team. Here, you will be fully responsible for the top-of-funnel activities such as creatively sourcing to support an existing client. There may also be an opportunity to support on a Scede Source engagement, where you’ll own the candidate pipeline for a specific customer. You may also be working across Scede on continuous improvement initiatives.

Embracing innovation and resilience-building strategies, you view feedback as a pathway for growth, soliciting input across teams and empowering others through delegation for skill development.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity: You exhibit agility by adapting to changing circumstances and employing critical thinking to address complex issues effectively. Utilising open-ended questions and diverse information sources, you make informed decisions and prioritise tasks based on well-reasoned judgments, ensuring comprehensive solutions and recommendations.
  • Delivery Approach: You demonstrate adaptability and empathy, tailoring your actions to foster meaningful connections and strengthen the brand's presence. You critically evaluate activities for their business relevance, gather diverse information for problem-solving, and leverage data-driven insights to influence decisions effectively.
  • Commercial Acumen: You actively engage in initiatives to enhance Scede’s image both within and outside the organisation. Utilising a deep understanding of our commercial strategy and industry domain, you effectively communicate and seek opportunities to add value to client relationships while leveraging various tools to glean insights from industry trends.
