Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Remote)

You will gain first hand recruitment exposure to industries most demanding position at all calibers and diversified industries while building a robust network locally and overseas.

As the Talent Acquisition Senior Executive / Executive , your job will be to attract and retain the best people to make our services possible. You will drive transformative talent acquisition capabilities while developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent for both current and future roles across the enterprise.

We currently have 4 Senior Executive Talent Acquisition and 4 Executive Talent Acquisition roles to fulfill in our new team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead & DirectorRecruitment and understand the clients hiring needs, including job requirements, qualifications, and desired candidate profiles. Utilize headhunting techniques and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber passive candidates from diverse talent pools. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential target companies and industries to source talent. Leverage various channels, including professional networks, social media platforms, online databases, and industry-specific forums, to source and engage with potential candidates. Screen and assess candidates through in-depth interviews and evaluations, assessing their skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations to fulfill job mandates. Present shortlisted candidates to the Recruitment Lead & Director Recruitment, providing comprehensive profiles and highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both parties. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing their expectations and maintaining relationships. Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and market insights, sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams. Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and passive candidates for future recruitment needs. Collaborate with the internal team to optimize recruitment processes, contribute to the development of new sourcing strategies, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Business Management or HRM, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role, with a strong focus on headhunting and executive-level recruitment. Extensive experience in identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct sourcing techniques and innovative search strategies. Deep understanding on multiple job scopes, various industries, market dynamics, and talent landscapes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level candidates. Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of successfully closing high-profile candidates. Proficiency in using ATS tools. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple searches and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, handling confidential information and maintaining candidate and client relationships. Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies, such as video conferencing software and collaboration platforms.
