CRM Project Manager

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager to work within their Salesforce practice and be part of the established PM practice.

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful completion of Salesforce implementations and projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will need to have proven experience managing Saas or CRM projects end to end using management methodologies, tools, and techniques. They are not looking for a Salesforce expert, however having knowledge of or experience with it will be a bonus. This is a great opportunity to dip your toe into the Salesforce world and learn from leaders in the field. Not only will you be working with a very well know name in the Salesforce eco system, but you will also have the opportunity to learn from some of the best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating risk workshops and managing risk through the project lifecycle.
• Reporting project status to key stakeholders Planning, organising and managing technical change implementations.
• Definition, implementation and embedment of the right level of governance to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Facilitation of discussions with stakeholders to clearly define the scope and deliverables.
• Ability to drive a project forward and use different tools.
• Work with senior managers to ensure all resources are in line with the project needs and priorities.
• Work with internal key stakeholders and manage external suppliers.
• Remove any hurdles that the delivery team may face.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in co-ordination IT & Delivery teams.
• Experience delivering Saas, Paas or IT System projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Proven experience working with multiple systems and CRM (Ideally Salesforce).
• Able to coordinate internal teams and Partners.
• Deliver regular stand-ups and Team meetings.
• Be very proactive and have experience managing multiple projects at once.
