You will:
Work with team CRM and Product teams to understand the capabilities required to deliver AUTODOC’s CRM customer journeys
Create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries
Set tasks for designers and copywriters
Deep dive to the segmentation process in our team
Analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics
Do lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation
Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project
Qualifications:
At least 2 years or more experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle
Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters
Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications
Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't
Working with drag-n-drop email builders
Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc.
Ability to analyze work and find the best solution

Fluent Ukrainian/Russian and English (B2+)
