Job Description

You will:

• Work with team CRM and Product teams to understand the capabilities required to deliver AUTODOC’s CRM customer journeys

• Create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries

• Set tasks for designers and copywriters

• Deep dive to the segmentation process in our team

• Analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics

• Do lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation

• Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years or more experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle

• Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters

• Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications

• Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't

• Working with drag-n-drop email builders

• Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc.

• Ability to analyze work and find the best solution

• Creativity

• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian and English (B2+)
