Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• ITIL Certified.
• ServiceNow CAD.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM.
• Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus.
  
  

Education And Experience »

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience primarily as a business process consultant or business analyst for ServiceNow projects at a ServiceNow Partner.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience as a ServiceNow Senior Business Process Consultant.
• Strong process understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
• Experience with the ITIL framework.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience within the Financial, Healthcare, or Manufacturing industries.
• Ability to lead in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
• Domain separation experience a plus.
• Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices.
• Remain current on the latest capabilities for ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow CSA.
  
  

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

• Play a lead role in workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
• Conduct demos and working sessions with the client.
• Gather requirements from the client.
• Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow and Industry best practices and provide recommendation to bridge customer process gaps.
• Draft Agile stories from business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Help define customer processes.
