Technical Requirements and Certifications »

ITIL Certified.
ServiceNow CAD.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM.
Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus.

Education And Experience »

Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of ServiceNow experience primarily as a business process consultant or business analyst for ServiceNow projects at a ServiceNow Partner.
2+ years of ServiceNow experience as a ServiceNow Senior Business Process Consultant.
Strong process understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
Experience with the ITIL framework.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience within the Financial, Healthcare, or Manufacturing industries.
Ability to lead in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
Domain separation experience a plus.
Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices.
Remain current on the latest capabilities for ServiceNow.

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities:

Play a lead role in workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
