Job description

In this strategic role you are responsible for the creation of a successful product portfolio as well as the strategic development of new markets.


Your task

  • Definition of the product vision & mission in alignment with sales and product development for the filter business unit
  • Evaluating potential for new developments through business cases, business plans, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Conceptual and operational expansion of business areas in defined markets and product segments
  • Development of the product roadmap in collaboration with sales and product development teams
  • Managing the product portfolio and establishing a successful product mix
  • Defining product positioning and product specifications in coordination with sales and product development teams
  • Continuous analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive environment
  • Participating in international committees, forums, and trade fairs


Your profile

  • Proven professional experience in the field of air filtration, filter elements and filter units
  • Strong expertise in filter applications and solutions
  • Established track record in sales and/or marketing of technical building equipment solutions
  • Strong communication skills and open cosmopolitan mindset
  • Willingness to travel in the EMEA region
  • Fluent English skills
