For our Legal team, we are looking for a working student (all gender), initially for a fixed-term period of 1 year. You will support us for 16-20 hours per week, either onsite at our Nuremberg office or remotely. Ideally, you are based in the Nuremberg area. You will gain exciting insights into various legal tasks and work in an agile, international company with a start-up spirit. If the collaboration is successful, there is the possibility of joining our team as a working student on a long-term basis.
YOUR TASKS
Supporting The Team In
Reviewing and processing legal documents in German and English
Reviewing and adjusting General Terms and Conditions (“AGB”) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (“NDA”)
Developing and maintaining a data protection management system
Conducting legal research, particularly in data protection law
Administration of (legal) data bases, including contract management
Documenting, maintaining, and optimizing internal legal processes
Collaborating and coordinating with various departments
YOUR PROFILE
You are a student of law or a comparable field of study and are in the main phase of your studies
You ideally already have initial experience in handling legal documents and General Data Protection Regulation (“DSGVO”) topics
You have very good German and English skills
You are proficient in MS Office applications and are IT-savvy
You have a structured, independent, and responsible way of working, along with strong communication skills
You are a team player, committed, and highly self-motivated
