We are seeking a Product Owner Murex Front Office Expert.

As Product Manager (PM) of the Murex User Satisfaction Front Office, you will be the key contact for the Murex Users in regard to the Murex Front Office modules and their functionalities. You will be directly working with the traders and Treasury execution desks and be their representation in the tribe.

You and your job:

You will be part of the Murex Foundation Services (MFS) area and specifically the Murex Production Services (MPS) area. Within the MPS area, you will be part of the MPS Run squad(s) whereas you will also be working together with the MPS Change squads. The MPS BAU DevOps Run and Change squads bring talented people together to execute all change and run activities of the Murex platform. The MPS Run and Squads support and represent the Global Murex Users within the MPS area by means of closely working together with the Murex Users, the Murex Product Managers (PMs) and MPS IT staff, and your colleagues within the Markets and Treasury tribe.

As Product Manager (PM) Murex User Satisfaction you will also be part of a team of Murex Product Managers who are all working together with their business lines on the Murex platform. Your expertise and skills are required to increase User Satisfaction on the Murex platform, to service the FO M& T business lines directly, and to seek improvements and how to optimally use the platform.

Practical Examples:

Work on critical production incidents which require immediate attention since these directly impact day-to-day trading and sales; Work on tactical but also structural improvement items such as interfaces, STP, and Livebook; Work on Murex User Satisfaction improvement items, like Real Time Position Management.

Top 3 responsibilities

As a Product Manager Murex User Satisfaction Front Office you closely work together with the Markets and Treasury Murex Users whilst they run their day-to-day global business and trading activities. You are their first point of contact, and they reach out to you directly

Together with the other Murex PMs, PO and scrum masters work together on complex and challenging Murex risks and incidents which require to be solved and improved.

The kills which you should recognize are:

• Investigation of Unexpected Positions (Livebook, simulation, warehouse);
• Trade Capture Support (Pricing, E-Tradepad);
• Additional Filters Configuration for a Trade Query;
• Investigation of Real-Time Market Data issues (RTBS);
• Interface Support (MxML Exchange);
• Fixing Procedure Support;
• Cash Rollover / PL Selldown Support;

Ideally, you are able to explain and work with the MPS FO Developers on the following;

• Curve configuration (Pricing Curves, Hedge Curves);
• Pre-Trade Workflows;
• Datamart Reporting;
• Simulation Views;
• Pricing Templates;
• Generators / Indexes / Archiving Groups;
• EOD / GOM (basic knowledge).

Identify solutions to increase and further strengthen Murex System User satisfaction and align these within the Murex area(s) and potentially tribe. The work environment is very positive and dynamic with colleagues from diverse nationalities. You and your talent:

• Need to have experience with working in an Agile/Scrum IT environment;
• Need to be able to maintain and keep track of PBIs and the refinement hereof;
• Proactively participate and work together with the relevant squad(s) within the MFS area and potentially within the tribe;
• Need to understand the M& T Front Office business lines and the underlying processes from Front to Back to Risk;
• Need to have extensive knowledge of the products traded by Markets and Treasury;
• Need to have knowledge of the Murex platform and its Front Office modules;
• Have very good communication and analytical skills;
• Know how to manage the expectations of your senior and expert stakeholders;
• Have a positive mindset and is excited to be part of the journey towards a single Front-to-Back-to-Risk platform;
• Result, quality, and solution-driven;
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
