Atea Managed Services is a leading provider of operational and implementation services for customers across Norway. Headquartered in Drammen, we strengthen our team with a Service Portfolio & Innovation Manager. As our Service Portfolio & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the continuous evolution of our service portfolio by leveraging automation, AI, and cutting-edge technologies. You will own and guide Service Owners, ensuring the continuous improvement of existing services and the development of new AI-driven solutions across key technology domains such as Network & Security, Hybrid Cloud, AMP, DEX, Workspace, AIaaS, and enterprise solutions from Microsoft, Cisco, Broadcom, and other strategic partners. This role requires a strong customer engagement focus, fostering close collaboration with our clients and strategic partners to drive co-innovation and ensure our services remain competitive, future-proof, and aligned with market demands.
Atea AMS is headquartered in Drammen, but we also have significant expertise hubs in the Trondheim and Oslo areas, making it possible to reside near these offices as well. While we offer a flexible arrangement, our primary workplace is at the office.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the service portfolio strategy, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. By managing service owners, you'll drive continuous improvement through AI and automation, responding swiftly to industry trends and new technologies.
You'll also oversee technology areas such as networking, security, hybrid cloud, and enterprise solutions from companies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Broadcom. Partnering with technology providers ensures best-in-class solutions and market competitiveness. Collaboration across technical, sales, and customer teams is essential for seamless service adoption and delivery.
As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customers through digital transformation, leveraging AI and automation. Facilitating innovation workshops and co-creation sessions with key stakeholders will help integrate customer feedback into service development, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
Operationally, you'll establish KPIs to track service effectiveness and customer experience. Developing governance frameworks will enhance service agility and reliability, driving an agile approach to service lifecycle management.
